Exterior New Construction

Do you charge by the hour?

The short answer to this question is no. The long answer is yes. We provide a comprehensive estimate for each project and work to complete the project within the estimated timeframe and budget. We look at the complexity of the project and calculate how much manpower, time, paint, and materials it will take our teams whether we send 1 team member or 20 team members.

In this estimate you can say we do look at the hours it should take our teams, so yes in part we do charge by the hour. But it's a little more completed than that as we have to add material cost and company markup to make a profit.

Someone who charges you by the hour is a small one man painting crew with possibly one helper by their side and has no plan to grow as a painting company. They typically will give you excellent service and quality workmanship, but are harder to find and even harder to stay in touch with if you need another project completed years later or a touchup completed months later.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept just about all of your normal methods of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Card, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc. We just try to stay in the cash, check, money order, cashier's check. and Zelle world because using a card or payment app will charge everyone fees.

We do not accept: ACH (direct deposit), wire transfers, crypto currency, or anything similar.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We try to stay away from the word guarantee and instead rely on the word SMILE. Our purpose is TO PUT A SMILE on your face.

In the world of painting we come into contact with folks who are unfortunately indecisive and constantly not satisfied. Doesn't make them bad people, it just makes them difficult, and our job hard.

We instead try to satisfy to the best of our ability on every project, but do not offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee; more of a 100% completion guarantee with a 100% quality guarantee.

To answer the actual question: do we come back to fix issues whether it be touch ups or small customer mishaps such as moving a couch in the following week and chipping the paint?

The answer to that is YES. But most situations are just a case by case.
